If I'm not mistaken this is a baby nudibranch! I got two from Jordan ages ago now and they were both much bigger than this.... could they have had kids?

careful id is required because there is a Berghia Nudibranches that eats aiptasia and will die when they are all eaten so best to pass it on or it can also be the zoa eating nudibanches. here are some links that night help id him for sure before becomes bigger problem

well I did have a pretty darn good aiptasia problem until not too long ago. I also have lots of zoas, montis and they are all unharmed as of this post. I also know that I intentionally added aiptasia eating nudis, so it lends itself to a slightly better likelyhood they are of that species.

Maybe he will die off now that there is not much to eat. I know there are still aiptasia in my overflow box, and a few in the sump here and there but the main tank has been nearly eradicated as of now.

Nice to see Tony! They are indeed the aptasia eating kind, as I can attest to (given that I bought them from Reef Aquatica, and all my aptasia went away after I added them). They will breed but to get babies from only 2 is a bit of a long shot I think, you are better off to have a much greater number as they will come into contact more often. They seem to migrate around well, I found them everywhere in my system at one point in time or another.
