8 years ago I released a tutorial on making a cheap Apex break out box. Years have past and I am stepping up the Apex Break Out Box with a one of a kind modular design.

More options coming but so far I have toggle switches, momentary button, on/off buttons, protector covers and hopefully this weekend I will have designed wire connectors for float switches.

You will be able to select up to 6 trigger options plus safety covers. Each trigger will also be removable and able to replace with another option if needs change in the future without needing to solder.

Prices will vary on options selected. Full price list will be coming soon. A basic box with 5 colored buttons, a standard toggle and 4' cable will be $70.

Getting closer to a final design. Still waiting on the wire connectors so that you can add float valves. Will also be sinking in the screws.

Latching ON/OFF buttons now are here. Basically you can use it as a power button for your EB832(s) / accessory ports / 1Link port to turn on all selected outlets and turn off as well with just the push of 1 button. The difference is the color buttons are momentary buttons which can trigger a timed feed mode or timed delay of an outlet when the latching outlet will leave a program in a state until pushed again. Latching buttons are an additional cost due to a much higher product cost to me.

Working on the float valve wire connector trigger now. Hopefully will have installed tonight.

Final part is designed and good to go. Added an option for a float valve. Also there is a hidden cleat wall mount as well.

4 trigger options and can do just about any combination of any 6 triggers.
This was a test box showing all the different options, final product has thinner grey ends to the box, more like the design picture.

Feel free to contact me to order.
