I got a Crystal Green Kenya tree Coral last week and it doesn’t look happy.
It’s down low at 140 Par
Getting good flow
Temp 25.1c
Sal 35.1 ppt
NH3 <0.1
NO3 <4 ppm
NO2<0.05 ppm
PH 8.2
Alk 11
CAL 460
Anyone have some experience with these? I have some LPS frag all happy and extended . Lots of SPS Frags all happy polyps out and actually growing . Dosing REDsea reef energy, Nopox, and ABC+

Semi-speculation on my part, haven't had a kenya tree recently but I can take a stab:
Do you have any other soft/leather coral in the system?
At <4 ppm nitrate, (assuming your PO4 is also low) your system might be running a little "cleaner" than the kenya would prefer. Not saying it won't adapt, but for now it will be pissy
Has it shed since you got it?
My experience with leather coral (kenya previously, toadstool and devil hand currently) is that they will always retract their polyps as a response to: getting ready to shed, and acclimating. One week isn't enough time for it to acclimate and complete a shed if it was getting ready to do so when you bought it.
Alkalinity
I've never run a system above 9.5, but if everything else in your tank is happy this is one parameter I would be very hesitant to mess with for one frag.
