which is better?

I need some advice. Which skimmer is better for a 75g with 40B sump. Vertex 150 or bubble king mini 160 gen 1 ? Thanks in advance for the help

HAHAHA. I was looking at it but if I have to raise it for the water depth then it is too tall, 24 inch right? It also looks like a pain to dump the cup as well. What is the water depth range for that?

It can be run as an external skimmer if need be,
No water depth required

And nope, cup detaches from the top just like any other skimmer

I don't need it to be external I built my sump to house it. So you don't need an optimal water level to run it? does that mean it is a recirculating skimmer?

It can totally be an internal skimmer, that's what I use it as
It's an injection skimmer, so not  a needle wheel pump..
It's a very unique design, german things lol, 1200$ new :p
