What happened to Burc's Fragalot.ca site?

Any members know what happened to Burc's website fragalot.ca?  Seems his site is offline for quite a long time now and has he now folded the business?.
I also seem to recall a member here I think who worked with him;

Last I heard from Toronto crowd was he recently moved and maybe never setup again.

I thought I'd heard on here that he had an accident and was having trouble getting around. not sure maybe Salty knows something.
