So since I have started I have slowly been collecting more and more frags and things are all growing and healthy. This creates needs so with that increase my tank requires more and more alk and calc. As of right now 2 times a day I have to manually dose 80ml of alk and calc. Plus vodka. So to alleviate atleast 1 of the 3 I got a bio pellets reactor and started to set it up. I wanted to feed both the calcium reactor (when ready) and the bio pellets with one pump as to not shove anything more into my already crowded sump and powerbar. The water feed for the bio pellets is 3/8 the feed for the calcium reactor is 1/4. To go from 3/8 to 1/4 I had to go up to 1/2 and then back. Since I could only find a 1/2x1/2x1/4 valve/tee. Regardless after much frustration the bio pellets are moving and I'm hoping to have the calc reactor running tomorrow night. Have you ever had so much difficulty doing something?

Yeesh

Yep have a buddy that is setting up a 320 calling me every half of an hour with an issue.  The last call is how much do I want to do his plumbing.  It is a pain but once done worth while.  I have all of my reactors running of my return pump so it makes things efficient.

Definitely worth it. It's that pex pipe with the quick connect fittings. They are not easy to find. I figured it out tho ;D
