So I went to the lfs ( which is sadly Bigals ) and they don't carry the basic 15 gallon tank and claim no one uses them and they won't even bring one in. So I am thinking about changing what I run under the DT. I am looking for pictures or ideas etc on what has worked for you and what hasn't. My thought was to buy a 15 gallon and a 20 gall on bother with the 12x24 footprint. Use the 15 as a sump and split it and the 20 as the fuge. They would form a 2x2 square under the tank. The fuge would be fed from the return pump and then drilled back into the return side. I have a rough space of 40 inch by 24 inchs to work with but it must cobtain a ato and test kits etc.

Well I guess you could either make one or find an acrylic sump that fits your needs.

I was in a similar predicament and needed a certain shaped sump for my build, I was in the process of designing one to make out of glass when I stumble across an eShopps sump that was close enough to my needs, so I went with that.

Also consider looking at some tough polyethylene totes, home hardware sells a pretty rugged tote. You would have to get creative, but smaller totes or buckets inside the big one could make up your weirs and different zones for skimmer and fuge etc.

I would check with PetsMart in your area - they have quite a bit of aquarium equipment
Probably too small but I have a watertight 10 gallon tank that you can have if you can use it
