Skimmer + water conditioner.... AAAAHHHHHHHH

I added water conditioner to my tank and now my skimmer is in overdrive.. How long before this clears up????? oop: :-\

I turned the skimmer off will wait a day and plug it back in.
On a brighter note i purchased red Brittle star a few weeks ago and I now have 5

I was there too once. Back when i was using tap water, even added it to my store bought RO  :? Skimmer went CRAZY, like Beiber fan crazy. Shutting it down for 24hours was always more then enough.

If you run some carbon, it will help clear up the issue as well and allow you to run your skimmer again sooner.
