Removing RBTA

Anyone know a quick and safe way to remove an rbta from a rock?  Looking to trade one on Friday and it has decided to park itself on one of the biggest rocks in my tank!  Only about 1.5" in diameter, so the gentler method the better.

Move into a high flow area and keep an eye out for it starting to relocate.  Get it when it's only partially footed.
Or hold the rock upside down for a bit and he will come off.

It's actually already upside down, underneath a ledge.  Will put some flow on it and see what happens.
