Pvc Glue Poisonous?

I plan to do some alterations to my plumbing on my sump, but I'm not sure how long I need to leave the pump off so the glue doesn't poison the fish and corals.
Does anyone know the duration PVC glue dries that will be safe for the tank?

I think cure time is different depending on brand. Some say 2 hours for full cure. Does it not say on the label? I have some oatey in my garage. I will check in a bit. Temp also changes the cure time a bit...

I typically run water through in 20 minutes afterwards with no issues. Well I never really timed it actually, but normally by the time I finish and clean up I just start up the pump. Not sure how long that is.

Oatey does not secify cure time just to hold for 30 seconds lol. The googles say about 2 hours cure.
