IV never seen any at Any stores even in USA lowes or home depot  If yu can find the make yu should be able to buy a bulk bag

If I was yu and yur in London I'd go to FACCA  fasteners  on exeter road  and see If they have them ..take a picture to show them

correct me if Im wrong but wouldnt you  be able to use the little plastic clamps that come with christmas lights ?

i good thick zip tie will hold just as well

I was too looking for those around windsor, no luck at princes auto or home depot.

No luck at Lowes, although I did see these in their hardware section about 1-2 years ago when they first opened. I ended up with zip ties (nice thick ones) from dollarama for the time being.
