I am adding a jebao wp 60 to my tank. What are everyone's opinions on the placement for best results. High/low/middle, I have never had or used one so I am looking for the best results. Its going in the 125 w/corner over flow..its a fowlr tank so I don't have to worry about corals, willing to add grab bars (Phil) if needed..lol..

would it preform best at the same end as the return..the water flow going in the same direction.I've never had one so I am totally blind on placement..

Do you not have any powerheads in your reef tank?
But yeah, id go opposite if i was only puttng one powerhead in. Might want to think about putting one at the bottom of your tank at the back to keep detritus and crap from building up behind your rock work.

I was running a tunze wave maker and a small power head on the opposite end..I think that I will get flow with the jebao wp60. if need be I don't have a problem adding another smaller one at the other end..

Corner unit I assume pie shape. I would try and mimic the Gyre, put it at the back left or right but as close to joint of the glass and about 4" down from surface. Blow it straight on or maybe tilted down a little towards the centre of the front and as it hits the glass it may give you a nice total coverage because of the curve in the glass I think you should get some nice swirling action from this and even better have it set on Pulse mode. I cant remember if the screen around the head is open all the way around but if not make sure the open side faces down and that will give your some draw up from below. just be careful as its got lots of power you don't want to blow the front out.

Yes it comes with the controller. You will be fine putting at the other end like I said. I would hold off on a second until you see how much water the wp60 moves. I have heard that it is a lot.

i have 1 wp60,right corner on the end pane,8" submerged as it sucks in as much water as it pushes, mine is hard to see unless your up close behind some rock, easily 1" standing wave on a medium setting

The flow from your return will be an inconsequential trickle compared to the wp60.
That said putting it opposite and in else or wave mode will give some random action as the two flows converge.
