Ok, Making Water/ Question About Live Rock

I think I have everything now. RODI is running making water.

I have about 80 pounds of LIVE Rock, but its actually dead rock.
Its been out of the water and dry for probably two weeks.
I was just going to put it in and cycle the tank.
Bought 40 pounds of live sand to put in also Still new in the bag.

Any thoughts.

Sounds like you have it all ready to go.if you have the scape ready put the rock in the tank get your salt mixed up. then add the live sand and your made up mix and then wait....test.....wait.....read about cycling....ask about ammonia ....wait....read some more....crap there’s algae....
