So I put my order in on the RO/DI unit from BRS at about 2:30AM Today Friday and that's fine and around 1:00 PM just after lunch I wanted to double check something so I was on BRS and that's fine. Then at 4:44 PM I get notification that the unit is on its way great. I thought I would go and down load the instructions just to read through and what, what is this 5:00 PM the unit is on sale, $48.00 off and 2 bucks off the Chloramine blocks. Piss me off that would have paid my shipping. Friday all of the sudden felt like Monday after the Super Ball.

P.S just so you know BRS has a bunch of their RO units on sale!!!!
I feel like that seal in the photo!

are they not going to honor the sale price, things like this make me not to order from them, not just brs but other companies too. that sucks

Well its kind of hard when the order would have be put into the system in the morning and the sale prices where not added until the end of the day and buy the it was already picked up. Will have to see if they have any sympathy for their customers.

Most companies will just give you the difference.

Its not worth the hassle of you returning it for a refund, and ordering another one (which you would have to do while its on sale)

This is why you keep your receipts until after the return period ends on anything you buy! It goes on sale, get the difference. They don't want to give you the difference, return it, and get a new one :)
