I have a 27 inch Maxspect Razor over my 70 GL, When I first put it on the tank I ran the Blues at 50 percent and the whites at 25 percent. I really like the blue look on any tank. After a couple of weeks, I put it on Auto settings. There are 6 time points. 1- 1 percent blue, 0 whites, #2 50 percent Blue, 20 Percent Whites, #3and #4 90 percent blue ,40 percent white, #5 50 percent blue, 20 percent white, #6 1 percent Blue, 0 percent whites. By having #6 and #1 on 1 percent Blues and 0 percent whites, This will enable the Moon lights to be on all night. Mind you the Moon light program is pretty bright. I hope I haven't confused you.

Oh yes and I might ad that my growth is not nearly as good as my 6 Bulb T-5 lights, so I'm thinking I better adjust the lights and incorporate more whites.

If you're set on the Razor,I would get the upgraded Lenses, their 15 bucks a panel but well worth it, It'll increase the optics and although they're white, You can't see the color when the lights are on. I loved my T-5s but The Razor gives off no heat and will last 10 years as opposed to T-5 bulbs at 8 months.

Do your Chinese lights have a built in Controller? Who do you talk to if you have a problem? Just asking.

Stick with your Ati, didn't realize you already own one. If it aint broke, don't change. Especially for a maxspec. Never liked them, just my option. BUt I can relate on your curiosity with LEDS.

No they don't, that's why there 100$ instead of 5-600$+
If they break, buy a new one, can buy five new ones and still be ahead of buying a high end led lol....

This is one of the cases were buying the cheap version gives you a good quality product that does the EXACT same thing as the 'high end ' ones.

I've had one running for almost a 2 years, no issues.

A 72 inch ATI? WOW, Yes I guess you don't need it for your next set-up. And Posidon you said they do the EXACT same thing but it doesn't have a Controller? So how is it the same? LOL Wouldn't you like to have a Dawn to Dusk set up, In any event if you are happy with what you have, then that's what matters.

It's all good, It's just a matter of Preference. I like the Razor for a lot of reasons. It's ok to disagree, it's healthy Jeff as long as it's in good taste. B knows i'm just speaking up

How do you think he has 4000 plus posts LOL

I like moon lights as well. But I find the Razors to be really bright as moon lights. You might think otherwise.

All you have to do is set you #1 and #6 blue channel to 1%
