So...I was doing some reading on the Google about how to clean acrylic tanks, and it seems like a lot of people use MAGIC ERASER?! What??? I have these at home. I have the. "Mr.Clean Magic Eraser extra power, 50% Stronger". Is this the same as the Orginal? People say dont use the bathroom or kitchen ones, but i cant find any real articles from recent. Most from like 2015.

I'm cheap ....LOL I use the No Name brand ones.

Have used them for years with no issues...the usual caveats about trapping sand etc under the pad. For the record acrylic tub surround manufacturers say magic erasers are too abrasive for their products but professional cleaners swear by them for those same soft plastic surfaces.

BTW for coralline and tougher things nothing beats a nice piece of scrap acrylic...the razor sharp edge will scrape off the most stubborn growth with no risk of damage. Don't use scrapers made of other types of plastic even when they are sold as acrylic safe...

BTW I would stick with originals and leave anything "extra strong" for the kitchen sink.

I use the ones dollarama sells. I find when I squeeze out the Mr. Clean one it bubbles a little too much for my liking.

I have also called the dollarama version and asked them if there was any chemicals and they said no.

If remember correctly I got some bulk ones from @twobytwo before he was a member here, he got them super cheap off eBay and they were identical to the NN ones...always meant to search for them...BTW they are awesome for glass tanks too.
