Lighting help, advice, frequency?

So.. My light setup on my 90 if you hadn't seen in my tank thread is  6 bulb T5.
I am currently living as follows.

On 10am 3 actinics
On 12pm 3 12k daylights  (all 6 bulbs on)
Off 8pm 3 12k daylights
Off 10pm 3 actinic (all bulbs off)
On 10pm led moonlights
Off 5am led moonlights

12hr lighting cycle,  8hrs at full intensity.

Is this good?
I'm new to T5

I run 6 hours full blast and 10 on the dusk dawn. Moonlights on all night, not that they do anything other than let u see the tank at night and make corals glow

9 hours here, plus 30 for dusk and 30 for dawn slow ramp up and down over the 30
