Led Light Supplement

Have a 32 gallon Led bio cube. I like the cube but find the lights too white when all on. I was looking at adding some blue supplement lights.
Was thinking of adding one Actinic blue Reef Brite Tech strip, with inline dimmer.

Anyone have experience with this or any other suggestions.
Anyone know if the inline dimmer remembers the last setting, or does it have to be dimmed back down every time the power is turned back on.
Anyone think this might be too powerful over the tank.

They have ramp timers as well. Might be worth looking into.
