Kenya Tree - sick?

So I have 3 Kenya's and although not the sexiest of corals, I pride myself on keeping everything healthy. My largest has taken to not opening when the T5 comes on for the last couple of days. The other 2 are looking good. Is this a normal behaviour from time to time? I am an experienced S/W guy but have been out of it for many yrs until recently and never had much coral experience. Almost all experience has been in keeping fish livestock. Any info as always is appreciated. I don't want to fret over this guy uneccessarily. On the other hand, if it is on the way out, I would rather know.
Cheers - and awesome forum btw.

I had many Kenya trees (still have few). Once in a while they do that for few days. I would not worry about it. If you see all of them going like that for long term, then it should be a reason of concern.

I also have a couple that I would love to get rid of and will remove once I get my frag tank up and running. I notice that mine will shrivel up for a day or two just before they open up and start dropping branches. Then I have a ton of baby kenya trees everywhere. I go through this every couple of months. There has to be about 30 baby kenya trees in my sump as I would hate to kill them. I do get around to glueing them to frag plugs and giving them away to ppl just getting into the hobby.  Hope that all that's going on for you even though it annoying its cool knowing that it Is propagating on its own.

Good advice. The Kenya is looking itself again after appearing that it was checking out. Sometimes patience is the right answer obviously. Thanks to all for the comments.

And to think I paid good money for my Kenya Tree when I started...... heck, what am I saying, I'm STILL just starting. Hozer gave me a leather for free and I was happy as a pig in $hit! Hopefully one day I can have some free frags to give out to newbie's!

If you are ever going to be in Windsor let me know I have tons of little kenya trees that I would love to get rid of. And am sure I could get you a mushroom or two and some green star polyps.

Awesome! That's great. I don't think I've EVER been to Windsor, but now I have an excuse someday!

Not sure where Watford is or what bigger city it's close to let me know cuz if I am up closer to you I could always bring whatever I have if we can arrange to meet up. Don't know if I will be going far anytime soon but sometime out of the blue the wife and I decide to get away for the day. PM me sometime so we aren't hi jacking Pipey's thread tho.
