Usually do one of these per week the day before water change. Fish and coral love it. I’m feeding shredded scallops soaked in amino acids. I spot feed all the LPS coral with a turkey baster then broadcast feed the tank. SPS polyp extension seems to increase as well. I leave wavemakers off for 10 minutes, turn them on for 20 seconds then off again for 10 minutes.
