Is 5g Water Change To Much

so everyweek i doo 5g water change on my bc29, is this too much??? Im scared im doing to much and losing nutritions for my corals...

What are your levels at now? If they are high then it is fine. If they are super low it might be a little much. You can always test the next day to see how low it goes and if it causes an issue just back off a little.

it would also depend what you have in your tank, feeding habits.. no 2 tanks are the same...
