Leopards are a little harder to keep, not to discourage you from choosing one, just be known, they are beautiful fish, that's for sure.

I went with the hoevens wrasse but there's many to choose from, yellow corisse wrasse, sea grass, would all work. I would try and stay away from the sixlines, personally I found they become very aggressive from keeping two of them in tanks, not at the same time though.

Nice choice of wrasse, amazing to watch them cruise the rock work. He should put a dent in that flatworm pop.

Good choice for sure.  I have a yellow in almost all my tanks now.

I would even go as far as not to feed the tank for a few days.  This will force him to fine an alternative food source
