How to move Zoa's off plug

I have a Zoa that I bought at Fragfest. I have decided where it is moving BUT, it is on one of those pugs that has a cylinder in the bottom attached. How do I move the Zoa's off the lug to up them where I want them...or can I just cut the bottom of the plug and if so how?

Cut the bottom off with tin snips, way to much of a hassle to take the polyps off the plug

Thanks, should I buy new tin snips so I don't have to worry about where mine have been...use them all the time. This way they are specific to my SW.

I cut the nub off with a pair of regular scissors.... It isn't real tough to cut through.

I got a sweet pair of stainless steel cable cutters from princess auto under $10, a little blunt for nipping deeper branches but nice controlled cuts on thicker sps and also perfect for trimming off the plugs.

I will drop by princess tomorrow. Thanks! Although today was my cleaning day, I didn't get to moving my Zoa's. it will be nice to have a dedicated pair of cutters.
