Glass hole drill bits?

Hey guys, anyone know of a local place(Sarnia) to buy bits for sump work... looking to drill for a 1" bulkhead so need a 45mm drill bit.

best to have the back side on something like a piece of wood so it wont chip much and less likely to crack....and drill inside out.
