Fulham Workhorse 3 Wiring?

Alright guys I don't know what I'm getting caught up on but I'm not grasping the wiring on this one. I've looked up all the diagrams online and not getting it. Anyone have one of these that they've hooked up? I'm trying to wire two 24W T5's.

Yep that's what I saw haha... but what's going on with the yellow?

Red is a permanent live, yellow will be the switch wire.

The yellow could also be considered what ever other colour you have. Red will be the hot.  The yellow is going to a "common" on the diagram.

It is the pee wire.

the bulb ends are all jumpered together, 1 red goes to both pins on one bulb, the other red goes to both pins on the other bulb, the yellow goes to the 4 pins on the other ends of the bulbs. I would switch the hot (black) wire feeding the ballast.
