Elegance coral

Is your elegance coral upset once in a while?  Mine does, about every three to four weeks.  Comes back to normal in couple days. Everything else looks good.

I have had my elegance for close to a year now and have never had a issue with it at all

Do you think a warfare is happening in the tank? There is no other coral within 4-5 inches. The first one is a Golden Torch. The Elegance had this behavior even before I placed the torch in that location.

Hmm. Can be the RBTA? It was on the move last night. Now the RBTA looks happy, too. This move happened in the other corner of the tank.

I have my gold torch my 3 brains and Kenya all around my elegance and seem to be very happy

My RBTA is at the other side of the tank. It moved just few inches.

Today was water change schedule anyway, so I moved the Elegance from its spot and cleaned up the substrate under it. This is an area where I don't clean very often, because the Elegance is full extended. I noticed a ring of new growth of 7-9 mm all around. I guess it is OK since May-June this year.

One month later since my original post. My elegance coral is upset again. Nothing abnormal happened elsewhere in the tank.
