Dosing Vinegar.

Just wondering if anyone here has any experience here dosing vinegar to control nitrates and phosphates. Im more trying to control N03, more than P04. Id like to hopefully bring it down slowly before adding pellets. Thanks.

it will definitely control no3, po4 not so much, i recommend a doser by day to lesson the impact on ph, if you use filter socks they will clog quickly from the bacteria, if no3 is real high you may have to lower it with wc as it is better at keeping it low as to lowering it. start slow and work it up weekly, if you dose too much you will get a bacteria bloom.
good skimmer is a must
