Customs Fees - Fish From Usa

Considering ordering cichlids from the us, but have no idea if customs fees/duties will make it outrageously expensive. Has anyone mail ordered fish from the states before?

I wouldn’t be ordering from the US personally. I would ask direwolf cichlids or Spencer Jack. Even Oliver Lucanus at below water gets in some nice stock

Good call on Spencer Jack (http://cichlaholic.com/index.html) Shipping is roughly the same as the US, stock list is immense, and prices very reasonable. I forgot how cheap cichlids are!

spencer jack is the way to go, have a buddy who breeds them and he swears by them.

Agree. He has phenomenal stock, always in very good shape.
