Corner Over Flows Leaking. 125 Setup

I seem to have the best luck with equipment. After having a nuvo setup for all of 5 days before it sprung a leak, now the 125 build I'm working on has leaking over flows. Seems to be holding water ok but now I don't trust it.

What has everyone's experience been. Do I need to ditch the build? Can anyone re-seal it? Do I need to do the whole thing or just the over flows?

Does someone want to trade me a smaller setup and take this on as a build project? I'm really open to any and all ideas here.

Judging from the chunk of silicone I pulled away from the joint, I know at the very least the over flows boxes need to be re-sealed. I'm just wondering how I can do that. I have no luck with silicone sealing those kind of joints. It's also making me very concerned for the strength of the glass joints of the actual aquarium

Is the leak that bad to even worry about it? It is not structural, so just drain the tank low enough and seal with some scs1200 silicone slapped on.

Agree with Torx...silicone doesn't really adhere all that well to acrylic or PET plastics at the best of times anyway...so I wouldn't take this a sign that tank seals are bad...some extra silicone on the outsides and tank pressure will hold it together. If you are really worried....make sure that your stand pipes inside the boxes go up quite high inside so even if they leak the tank can't drain to low during a power outage. If you are using durso's you will want them close to the top anyway to minimize the waterfall noise in the boxes.

Thanks Brandon.

Honestly. Think I'm just going to run with the leak. Got it drained and it's not really effecting anything too bad. Just had to change how I was doing some of the plumbing. Think it's all good though.

You'll have to come over for a beer once it's all together though
