So my heater went the other day and water was at 71 instead of 78 I lost my one green hammer just one head and now my clam not looking happy at all u guys think it was the water temp effect on it I check all my permits things are good

Temp swing is a major stressor for the inhabitants

That doesn't seem like a huge swing. If it happened fairly slowly I would be surprised if that was the issue.

Not sure what to say I'll keep on eye on it still in same spot when I brought hit months ago same flow ect light

I agree, When I lost my furnace this winter my tank dropped to the mid sixties for a week.  I didn't lose anything.  I have a crocea in the tank.
