That all depends on your needs, How much SPS are you planning.
Dual chamber always better than one but that's all dependent on $$ and whether you need just high output.

I would recommend on looking up reviews, there is a lot to a calcium reactor, there ones that are designed well and some poorly which may result in high CO2 consumption which will end up going back to the tank which isn't desired, also things to watch for is maintenance, some reactors are designed that require very little maintenance and some may require frequent cleaning. I've had a calcium reactor in the past that chewed through pumps very 6 months and I had one that ran for a couple years with only putting in media and replacing CO2 bottles.
