Horrible systems! I carried them when I had my store and quickly discontinued them as I had nothing but issues. The company and the Canadian distributor (at least at that time) were both brutally unprofessional to deal with as well. I currently service a 125 cadlights and I wouldn't recommend them. Innovative marines systems are much nicer and the company much more professional to deal with.

I have the 100g Artisan. I absolutely love the tank and the stand. It's 2 years old and 9.5/10. The price is hard to beat for the quality of my tank. Also at that time it was my first tank and didn't know how to do the plumbing etc. So I learned a lot. I actually had 2 stores stear me towards this system as a starter system.

I actually have the first piano black stand they sold. It was white only until that point and it was a deal breaker. I didn't have any issue with bs. They said they would do it and it looks really nice.

That being said the plumbing is METRIC. I see they have adapters now. I found bulkheads that fit the holes to change mine to 1/2 and 3/4 plumbing. I wish the LFS had told me that prior to buying. It never crossed my mind!

The equipment is crap. I replaced the pump in the first week. It is LOUD. Wife freaked as the tank was in the living room. Skimmer was replaced later.

Overall the price is really hard to beat for a tank and stand combo despite tossing the other stuff. Mine was way less then the website price delivered. Would I go this route again? Maybe. The metric plumbing is a big put off, but the tank looks really nice. I don't regret the purchase.
