Last week i had a cluster of 10 beefy button polyps.  Looked in tank this morning, and i now have 4. Is something eating them?  Absolutely nothing left to even indicate there was ever more than 4.  I've never seen anything bother with them, but someone must be snacking!  I have a zebra eel, snowflake eel, tomini tang, sailfin tang, copperband butterfly, silver scat, tomato clown, indigo hamlet, diamond watchman goby , and a seahare.

All the fish dont seem to be coral munchers. It could be a pest.spiders, those common white starfish will sometimes eat them to. I had a problem a little while back with one colony of zoas dissapearing and closing up. Started picking stars out wheb i see them on coral or near. And gave them a iodine dip. And havent had a problem since.
