BRS discount

It appears that there is no more discount from BRS when you leave your cart unchecked, just a notice that they are saving it.

Ya, I get those for stuff I carted a month ago, sometimes multiple ones every week or so. But always only good if you add even more to your cart, never for what you have in there already :\
