Try pulling out the one the one with the white spots on the base and dip it in some coral RX or something. Just double check that it is not AEFW (Acro Eating Flatworms). The circular patterns at the base is pointing me in that direction. Do you dip all your corals before putting them in your tank?

You won't kill any corals by dipping them in bayer..... I've used it for a couple years now and it has never killed anything. Since most of the corals still look like small frags, it wouldn't hurt to pull them out and dip them now. Do you know how to dip them and rinse them properly?
If you are not dipping them you greatly run the risk of introducing AEFW or Red Bugs....
Red Bugs are not that bad to get rid of because you can treat the entire tank and only risk wiping out invertebrates such as shrimp. I've never had AEFW but they sound like a nightmare!

I use 1-2ml of bayer per cup of tank water.... I've also always dipped the coral using bayer in the water that it came with. I then use my own water to rinse the coral. Problem with dipping an entire rock is that it is likely going to kill off a lot of the pods and such within the rock....this could cause a major die off with in turn could cause the rock to start cycling again. Another possible issue is getting the rock fully rinsed again.... I'm not saying it can't be done but would definitely pose some issues/problems.  I would try to chip off the entire frag (including what has encrusted onto the rock) from the rock and then just dip that to start with.
Oh and make sure that the bayer is not expired..... It doesn't last forever.... Same goes for the interceptor dosing.

What the interceptor dosing?? And i guess i could just cut the coral at the base, and chipp off the extra and scrap it..will the flatworms(if this is the case) live on or in the rock??

Your alk seems fine.

Have you recently done any changes to the system?  ie. lg water change, lg dosage of anything(alk, CA, MG)?  Has your temp remained stable?  And what is the temp in the tank now?

Also, side note.  Where are you guys getting your Bayer?
