Bio Cube Led Upgrade

My Neighbors Kid has A 14G Bio Cube with PC Bulbs in it right now, he's looking to upgrade to LED because he's having heat issues, Anyone have any recommendations that would be a good cheap upgrade for him,,, Doesn't need to be high end,, just enough for some softies etc..
