Hey.. I'm just just curious to everyone's input on best dosing system for value comparison. I have no plans to run it via an Apex system or controller system. Looking at stand alone dosing systems. Possibly looking at using it to do auto top off as well. System is a Miracle's 300 gallon deep dimension with a 120 gallon sump I built. Most likely adding on a mangrove tank and small frag tank to this system down the road near future. Thank you in advance for any of your values and educated input.

The only dosers that are controllable by Apex is the Apex DOS and single dosers such as the BRS single head doser. The DOS had its issues when it first came out, but to my understanding they have all been remedied. Is using for water changes, then I recommend the DOS.
For best bang for your buck, I would suggest Kamoer. They are a nice mid line doser that is more reliable then Jebao, but not as pricey as DOS or GHL.

I use the el-cheapo ones from BRS with my apex. I think they're ~5 years or more old now, still work perfectly, but you do need an external controller to run them.
