Kudos to Industrial Test Systems the maker of the Sensafe Exact idip photometer!

I called their 1 800 number as I had a few questions about some of my test results, specifically wanted to know what the high level limit of the Calc test was because all I was ever getting was a reading of "HI". I was informed that the Calc test has been updated and needs a different reagent.....sending one for free.

I asked if it mattered if my Phos reagent was expired by a few months would it effect my test results....they said that while they can't guarantee the results, it shouldn't effect the test. Without hesitation they said "you know what, I'll send you out a free bottle of phos reagent too"!

I asked if they had a test for Magnesium...they informed me that with the new Calc test reagent I will get a number result and then use my CA Hardness test and with the 2 results the idip app will automatically calculate Magnesium!! Awesome!

Hands down best customer service I have EVER received!

Yeah, those reagents changed a while back. According to Darren at Bigshows place, they are always making improvements so worth randomly looking up the thing to see if more improvements have been made.

Yeah I experienced similar treatment from them. They sent me complimentary reagents for the update, plus Darren from bigshow sent me another set, and when I asked why I keep getting Er1 on Ammonia they are sending me Ammonia reagent for free (still waiting for it to arrive).
