Anyone know of a ceramic shop around?

Hey Guys!

So was just wondering if anyone knew of a ceramic shop close by that you can go to and create your own work and use their kiln for cooking it. Found some good ideas on reef structures that I want to try out.
Below is what Im attempting to make to cover my overflow from bottom to top of my tank, nice little spot to sit frags if I complete it.

can prob do what you want.  I will copy and send your pic to her and see what she says.

my sister-in-law has a studio.  also works with the london potters guild.  they have classes and such.

Let me know what she thinks Estwing2, and thanks Mark, the college here has classes too but I was looking for just an open shop that you can use as you want without needing to take a whole class... not exactly art work m creating lol... but to us reefers I hope it is

My brother is an Art Teacher at St Clair. I could talk to him to see if he can get you the clay. I'm sure either St.Clair High or college will let you use their Kiln for a small fee.

Hey Ian I know Rich and Torsten over at eco reefer have cut slabs of reefer rock that you could cut to fit and silicone to your overflow......or the back of your tank even.....might be easier than ceramics class and no worries on using the right material. If they don't have a way to cut the pieces to size let me know and I can help you figure out a plan...

ya it would be as easy as putting a diamond blade on a disk grinder. then just glue it together the way you like.
