Whos got 2 thumbs and just bought a house!!

<THIS GUY>

so the question remains, how in the heck do i move tanks.

55g - freshwater community with plants
35g - cichlid (buddy of mine has 4 cichlid tanks so when im ready to tell my friends about the house i can ask him to keep them for 2-3 weeks til its setup.

30g biocube - salt water

My current thoughts are this. I am hoping i can have a gradual move in (i am selling my townhouse condo)

Thoughts are to tear down the 35 bow front before i move and use it as a swap tank since the cichlids can hang with my buddy. I will use that tank to take my 55g temporarily for ~24-48hrs while i tear down the 55g. Once its set back up, baaam freshwater 55 set back up and running. Now the tricky part is the biocube. I am scared of the biological growth in that 35 bowfront for using it as a temporary salt water tank. I have my cannister filter with a pump i use as refugium so i could provide flow to the 35 w/o affecting the biocube setup too much. My question here is what kind of timelines do i have for my coral
Torch/zoas/hammer/magic carpet. I know my tank is gonna feel the shock of a move but if i split my water and live rock 50/50 top both tanks up with fresh salt (more of a change than id like) and wait 24h to transfer the fish. Then its a matter of getting the biocube torn down and over to the new place.

What do you guys think? I feel like im the kid growing up around a bunch of adults and i just know piles of you people have done this the good way and the bad way and id like to hear the do's and dont's please!

Any advice is welcome as well as criticism for my current thoughts.

Cheers,

J
