I tried that.... Didn't work for me.  Maybe I'll give it another go...
I also tried the clown picture thing.  My wife loves to tell everyone about it!

Lol I thought about trying the picture thing too as our percula clowns had no interest at all in hosting our beautiful tangerine bta. We recently purchased an awesome Picasso clown who instantly hosted our hammer coral. Now all three host the hammer. I am going to try the flashlight thing tonight as I noticed before when lookin at my tank after lights out that the clowns do indeed come check out the light. I had even tried moving the flashlight towards the nem but I think just shinning it down onto the nem it may just work. Thanks for the link. I will let you know if it works. All I need is for the Picasso to find it them the other 2 will follow.

I got lucky. My Captive bred Snowflake and Blacker Ice moved to my Flame BTA within a few weeks of adding it to the tank. Except it keeps splitting and is a PITA to remove the split off nems.

My clowns hosted and stressed out my frogspawn.. I added the rbta and now they host the multiple nennies and large mushrooms (lavender mushrooms they love) .
I think the nennie gave them the idea on the mushrooms .

So Mabye if some one can't afford or keep nennies they could get a cheap large mushroom and still see hosting behavior .

Mine :) won't go near anything.  They stay huddled in the top corner at nighttime.  Very frustrating.

Try moving the Nem and clowns to a small tank. Eventually they will find it, the. Then place both back into display. Just a suggestion.

I have my clowns with RBT anemone in a 20 gallon tank.  There is also some macro algae in there and the clowns decided they liked the algae better than the anemone so they never go near the anemone! Maybe I'll try the flashlight too...

+1.

I had my clowns in refugium hosting the corner. I brought the rock with the anemone near them and in few hours they "attached" to it. The rock was raised on a frag rack to be closer to surface. After one day I moved the anemone couple inches from the corner, clowns followed, after another day another couple inches. When they were far from the corner, I moved the rock in DT. Then I moved each clown in DT and releases them near the anemone.
