seed sand

Hi: My son has had his formerly "dead rock" in his new tank for 3 1/2 months to sure all of the PO4 is out of it. It is now ready to be made live. Is there anyone close to Mississauga, Oakville, or Toronto who can spare some healthy seed sand for Colby's tank? Thanks,
