There are always ppl meeting up in the parking lot and dropping off or trading frags

Do you mean people just bring frags and trade with people on the spot? Meaning not making plans to do so?

It's more like with dealers with frags and stuff for sale. And ppl pay to get in and walk with coolers and cash and buy frags from dealers and put them in yur cooler and walk to the next one ..the trades with other guys not dealers inside will be outside

But yes, some people use the gathering to meet up. As example, there are members here that are coming to the event and bringing me a frag where we normally would not have made the deal due to travel.
