Removing Enamel Paint

I bought a used 90g tank to swirl paint my guitar, and while getting the water up to temp, the heater made its way onto the silicone, creating a leak (who knew?). Since it was almost full, I quickly dipped the guitar then drained the tank. So now i have a 90g leaky tank with some enamel paint on the sides. If I use nail polish remover, will that make it unusable as a terrarium/aquarium?

will a razor blade not get it ?

It’s more of a film, so unfortunately no such luck . If it were thicker that would probably work.

Polish remover will evaporate quickly after used. If worried give it a soak, rince and vinegar wash afterwards.

Ok thanks. Wasn’t sure if it would leave any sort of residue. As you can see, i “removed” the center brace, so probably not good for an aquarium anymore. Didn’t want to sell it as a terrarium if it won’t be safe after cleaning.
