So we are finally ready to set our unofficial hours to the following:
Mon 4pm - 10pm
Tues 4pm - 10pm
Wed Closed
Thurs 4pm - 10pm
Fri 4pm - 10pm
Sat 11am - 10pm
Sun 11am - 10pm

Really looking forward to stopping in, with your unofficial hours posted, does this mean that we can stop in unannounced or do we still need to schedule something ahead of time?

You can stop in unannounced as the doors will be open during those hours, but naturally its still best to give me a text first just incase im out for lunch or maybe had to get some plumbing supplies.
