How can I get rid of this?

Not sure what this redish organish stuff is that’s covering my algae and rocks but how can I get rid of it?

Pistol is most likely correct, assuming you haven't had something new happen (fish or large invert died, or new feeding schedule) it's likely just tank cycling/aging.

If it's dust (if it doesn't grow in a mat and you can easily blow it off the rocks and substrate and it doesn't immediately re-constitute) it might be diatoms. If the orange dust and brown snot cycles have not happened yet and it were my tank, my inclination would be towards a diatom bloom which would still be the same cause and treatment: tank is cycling and just wait it out.
