Fluval Marine 3.0

Hello Eveyone,

I just wanted to al your guys opinion on my light settings and if anyone out there uses the same light. I have a fluval marine 3.0 light and here are the setting below, are these good for growing LPS coral?

How many watts is it and how deep is your tank?

I tend to ramp mine up for an hour then hold for 8-10 then ramp down an hour for the end. Depth of tank and Watt per square ft will determine how strong you need them with a little math otherwise you need a par meter.
