Fin Rot

Hello Everyone,

I’ve had my blue hippo tang now for over 2 months and noticed just recently that he has some notches or slits in the tail, I was wondering if anyone knows if this could be tail rot. Here is an image below to see.

The black clown in the photo also has a small hole in one of his fins and I just don’t know what the cause is as the fish don’t seem aggressive towards each other at all

Not thinking that is fin rot at all. Probably just ripped it or the clown got aggressive one night. It happens.

Unless the tears are getting worse, then it most likely was a nip. Both of those fish are known to be aggressive and typically they do it at night so it isnt seen by most.
