Spare parts + some time on hand = DIY upgrade

I got a BioCube HQI fixture off @Heywooood a long time ago with the hopes to do this, but it fell on the back burner for a while. I finally started to play with it and this is where I stand so far. I removed the HQI hardware and installed a heatsink, 12 x3watt LED's (8RB and 4White). I left the small fan to cool it. I will be using a dimmable pod driver. Right now I am just testing with a regular driver for longevity. So far so good.
