I noticed these black dots with a poppy flower kind of outline on my frogspawn. Flatworms???
If so, what do I do?

Thanks

I have a six line...
I dipped in revive. Must have been a hundred on it! I'll dip it again 8 in a week or so.
Are these species specific? Should I be worried about hammers and torches?

there are products such as flatworm exit but be careful as the dead flatworms release toxins

Keep sucking and get ahead of the problem before it gets bad. I had an outbreak on my last tank. One day they all just disappeared, I did a huge 50% water change each day for 3 days to help avoid toxins as well as carbon changed every day. I have not seen any since, not sure if I just do not have any or if my wrasse is keeping them in check.

I got red planarian or flatworms. Treated a half dozen times with flat worm exit at almost 80 bucks a go. Yes they died but never all of them.

Treated with a veterinary pig and sheep dewormer. Much more effective and only got me 5 bucks, plus instill have 95 percent of the bag left. Look of levamisole treatments.

I also picked up a yellow coris wrasse and a six line. They iare munching on them. I had a re infection from a frag and figured i would try biological controls

Lol it's hard to get in canada. Apparently drug dealers cut cocaine with it.

It's called levasol or levamisole.

Search the farm supply stuff stateside. And reef central and other sites have threads on the stuff too.
